Smokin hot, Hot Pants - new WINTER look

So.....I took a period of time off from the blogosphere to mourn the loss of my grandmother. I am thankful for her life and the almost 30 years I shared with her. I am back now and wow, have I got the perfect find for you! I have always been one to wear whatever I want in whatever season. I am sure you can understand where I am coming from if you love fashion like I do. I mean, I wear winter white, shorts in the winter and knee high boots in the summer if the look warrants it. So when I saw these new gold sequin mini shorts, I instantly fell in love! I can just see myself right now stompin through the snow with my sequin shorts on! And that billowy black blouse is to die for! Yeah...I'm ordering these lol!

First Look: New SS2012 Look!

So....I know I'm a little late in checking out what new looks are in for Spring/Summer 2012 but OMG I am so happy at what I found! Faded neons, high drama prints, sheer fabrics, asymmetric cuts, it's like they went inside my head, and pulled out all of my style dreams and put them on the runway! Find your favorite look here in Detroit at Local Boutiques - Basement Clothing 110 South Old Woodward Birmingham MI 48009

So...I was shopping online for my look for New Years Eve. I found the perfect dress online at AKIRA Chicago

and remembered seeing it here at Basement Clothing Boutique in Birmingham, MI. During my last visit, I tried it on for a black party I was attending in Detroit. Although it fit perfectly it just wasn't right for the venue. We did NYE in Chicago this year, so I felt the dress would be a perfect fit. I ran over to the Basement and would you believe they had two left in stock and one was actually my size! 

Flash Accessories is the accessory store inside The Basement. They have some beautiful pieces and an awesome selection. Seriously whatever you need to set the perfect outfit off, they have. The accessories are a bit on the pricey side, in my opinion. I paired a chunky red bangle with crystal stones with a red clutch and red pumps from P2 Royal Oak for a fiery hot NYE look.
